I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and commendation for the truly outstanding services your company has provided to Edison Mall during the past four years.

I will be retiring on November 30, 1997, but could not leave without letting you know how much we at Edison Mall respect and appreciate you and your fine staff. During the entire time I have served as General Manager at Edison Mall, your services and response to our needs has been the very best. The individuals from Brittania Electric that have worked on this property always did a first class, professional job and your prices were most competitive.

Having been in this business for more than 20 years, I have worked with several hundred contractors and I can recognize quality service and professionalism when it is present. While all your services were excellent, your prompt response to our emergencies was extraordinarily valuable.

The prompt action you took in restoring the Dillard's power after they experienced a Buss Bar meltdown the day after Thanksgiving last year was probably your greatest achievement at this property. Your ability to quickly restore their power service by creating an alternative wiring system was highly commendable and reflected greatly on the ability and expertise of your company.  (Click here for pictures)

All your fine work on the Dillard's problem came at the most critical time in the sales year and according to the Dillard's General Manager, saved Dillard's over $450,000.00 in business. 

The work your company did on the parking lot lighting upgrades was the very best. Our parking is now so well-lighted, it's like daylight at night. Our Mall customers and all the Mall employees have benefited greatly from the new lighting.  (Click here for pictures)
